As the APMT Global Product Manager for Gate, Rail and Reefer Automation, I am responsible for evaluating our terminal operations and identifying the best use of automation to improve safety, reduce operating costs, increasing throughput, and reducing carbon emissions. Over the last 20 years in the container terminal space, I have led teams in both IT and operations designing and developing solutions to optimize the flow of containers through a terminal with a focus on improving our customers’ experience.
