David is a licensed professional engineer in maritime and structural engineering and holds a BA/MS in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. with distinction from Carnegie Mellon University.
David had over a decade of experience in port planning and marine engineering for a global infrastructure advisor and as a working team member for the world association for waterborne transport infrastructure. He has advised port and shipping clients on over 80 unique projects spanning over 35 countries in services including acquisition due diligence, market entry, throughput growth, project management, strategic master planning, and infrastructure development.
